Shipping FAQ
- When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the same business day via FedEx Ground. All other orders will be processed and shipped the following business day. You will receive your order in approximately four to seven business days from the date your order was placed.
- How are shipping and handling charges determined?
We are currently offering a promotional shipping rate of $6.95, regardless of your order size.
- How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation will be sent to you indicating your tracking number along with the appropriate contact information. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please email shipping@nature89.com.

Order Related FAQ
- Do you save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to enter it each time I place an order?
Once you create an account we will have your information saved on file. You may edit your shipping information online if you need to ship to an alternate address.
- I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. What should I do?
If this is the case, please email us at customercare@nature89.com and we will email you back within the same business day.
- Why did you call or email me to verify my order?
For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or email you to verify your information.
- What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Why is my size or preferred color not showing on the pull down menu?
When we run out of stock in a particular size, color, or item, it will no longer be shown online.

Returns FAQ
- What is your return policy?
Returns are allowed within 15 days of making a purchase. Unworn merchandise with tags intact will be accepted for a refund when accompanied by a receipt or invoice. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Pack and seal your return securely and include the original invoice. Mail the package to:

You must pay for the expense of the return to us, and your original shipping charges are not refundable. There are no additional shipping charges on exchanges. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

- How do I know what size I wear?

- What is the best way to take care of a Nature89 organic garment?
All Nature89 organic garments can be taken care of the same way you would take care of your conventional cotton clothes. Each garment comes with a garment care tag on the inner portion of the garment's side seam. Please follow those instructions carefully in order to avoid damaging or shrinking the garment.
